Reading your Bill

Important items to consider:
- Excess calls , if any, are billed two months in arrears. Example: excess calls in July will be reflected in your September bill.
- To get total cellular minutes used, add the 2 TOTAL MINUTES CHARGED lines (incoming calls and outgoing calls).
Note: Total cellular minutes include
a. your free monthly cellular minutes
b. excess cellular usage if any
c. and weeknight and weekend calls, if subscribed.
- On the AMOUNT column, if no amount appears next to the calls made, it means it is part of your free minutes or weeknight and weekend call plan if subscribed.
- There are no walkie-talkie call records in your billing statement.
- Billing is based on a calendar month, from the first day to the last day of each month.
- 30 second rounding for cellular calls: 1 minute rounding for IDD (International Direct Dial), NDD (National Direct Dial) and Nationwide Minutes (Continental USA, Hawaii and Alaska) calls.
- E911, GRT and USF fees are remitted to the government.
